D E Foster ("D") is an author, medical researcher, podcast host, and a global advocate for those who struggle with anxiety and the complications of anxiety medication (benzodiazepines).

He has been providing peer support for over a decade and has co-authored multiple research papers including the groundbreaking study that identified BIND.
