Twelve years ago, my life came apart. Putting it back together taught me more than I ever expected. And as I started helping others who felt just as lost, I realized something: we all have our own version of this story.

 

So, this fall, I'm starting a new podcast. It takes what I've learned from over a decade in the benzodiazepine recovery community and applies it to a wider audience. We'll take a look at the chaos of modern life, the complexities of relationships, the struggles of mental health, and the challenging moments that ask us to start over.
